Ejector sleeves DIN 16756 hardened DIN ISO 8405
Ejector sleeves are produced from alloy tool steel with material no. 1.2210, 1.2516 or similar, and have a shank hardness of 60 ±2 HRc as well as a toolhead hardness of approx. 45 ± 5 HRc.
The shank is precision ground (tolerance g6), the guide bore is honed (cross ground). Production technology reasons may cause the bore clearance d4 to be larger.
Upon request, we also deliver ejector pins from hot working steel with material no. 1.2343 or similar with a shank hardness of 52 HRc, or as a nitirite treated version with a surface hardness of ≥ 950 HV 0.3.
Ejector sleeves can be supplied in special dimensions/intermediate dimensions, special tolerances and special lengths promptly.
We will be glad to provide you with a specific quotation.
