Blade ejector pins hardened DIN ISO 8693
The Blade ejector pins are produced from alloy tool steel with material no. 1.2210, 1.2516 or similar, and have a shank hardness of 60 ±2 HRc as well as a toolhead hardness of approx. 45 ± 5 HRc.
Alternative designs:
Blade ejector pins from HSS – produced from high performance high speed steel with material no. 1.3343 or similar. The shank hardness is 60 ±2 HRc, the toolhead hardness at approx. 52 ± 3 HRc.

The shank is precision ground (tolerance g6), the toolhead is hot shaped and tempered.
